Q1: What kind of services do you offer?
A: We offer motor coach transportation to and from Orlando, Kissimmee, Miami, Pompano, West Palm Beach, and Port Saint Lucie.
Q2: Do you offer Door-to-Door transportation?
A: No, currently we do not offer Door-to-Door services.
Q3: What time do your buses depart?
A: Our buses from Orlando to Miami depart at 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM from our terminal. From Miami to Orlando our buses begin picking up at 4:40 AM and 5:00 PM. The full schedule can be found here: Schedule
Q4: How long does it take to get to Miami/Orlando?

Q5: Where are your pick up and drop off locations?
A: In Orlando our Terminal is located at 3718 LB McLeod Road. Orlando, FL 32805 just off of I-4. In Kissimmee we utilize the Walmart parking lot at 1471 East Osceola Parkway. Kissimmee, FL 34741. In Miami we offer locations in Kendall, Hialeah, Airport Area, Downtown, Miami Beach, and Hollywood. Our other locations are the service plazas: Pompano, Lakeworth, and Fort Pierce. Q6: How much does a ticket cost?
A: Our most common ticket is $23 one-way for Adults and $16 one-way for Children ages 8 and under. Entry into the Miami International Airport, Port of Miami, and Miami Beach may carry an additional fee. Please see our full schedule for more accurate pricing specific to your trip: Schedule
Q7: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation online here or call to speak to a representative.
Q8: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept both cash or credit/debit cards.
Q9: Do I need to print my confirmation email and bring it with me?
A: We do not require passengers to bring their confirmation email but we do suggest it as it makes the check-in process easier and faster.
Q10: Do I need to purchase a seat for an infant?
A: Infants under the age of 2 travel free as long as they travel on the guardians lap and do not occupy a seat. If the passenger would like to bring a baby seat onboard or occupy a second seat they can purchase the second seat at a discounted child's rate.
Q11: How many pieces of luggage am I allowed to bring?
A: We allow two checked bags, no more than 45 pounds and 27 cubic feet each, and one personal bag per person. A personal bag is considered a regular size purse or backpack. If you would like to check additional items a fee of $10 per item will be assessed*. (*upon availability)
Q12: Does the bus have Wifi or power outlets?
A: Our buses are typically equipped with both Wifi and 110v power outlets but we do not guarantee them on every trip, it is based on availability.
Q13: What kind of bus will I be travelling on?
A: Our primary motorcoaches are 45 foot 2014 Vanhools. These are our most frequently used motorcoaches but we do reserve the right to substitute the vehicle at any time.
Q14: Do you offer package shipping services?
A: No, we do not offer any shipping services. Any checked items must be accompanied by a travelling passenger.
Q15: Do you allow pets?
A: No, pets are not permitted onboard the bus.
Q16: Is there a restroom on the bus?
A: Yes, all of our motorcoaches are equipped with onboard restrooms.
