Q1: What kind of services do you offer?
A: We offer motor coach transportation to and from Orlando, Kissimmee, Miami, Pompano, West Palm Beach, and Port Saint Lucie.

Q2: Do you offer Door-to-Door transportation?
A: We primarily offer services at our predetermined locations but we do offer extensions of those services at an additional cost. For more information regarding door-to-door services please email us at tours@jetsetusa.com for a quote.

Q3: What time do your buses depart?
A: Our buses from Orlando to Miami depart at 7:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 7:00 PM from our terminal. From Miami to Orlando our buses begin picking up at 4:15 AM, 2:15 PM, and 5:00 PM. Our full schedules can be found here: Schedule

Q4: How long does it take to get to Miami/Orlando?
A: It depends on which pick-up and drop-off location you selected. To see the best time approximations please see our full schedule that can be found here: Schedule

Q5: Where are your pick up and drop off locations?
A: In Orlando our Terminal is located at Jet Set Express, Inc., 3718 L Ste. B McLeod Road, Orlando, FL 32805 just off of I-4. In Kissimmee we utilize the Walmart parking lot at 1471 East Osceola Parkway. Kissimmee, FL 34741. In Miami we offer locations in Hialeah, Miami Airport Area, Downtown, Miami Beach, and Hollywood. Our other locations are the service plazas: Pompano, Lakeworth, and Fort Pierce. The full schedule can be found here: Schedule

Q6: How much does a ticket cost?
A: Our most common tickets range from $20-$22 one-way for adults. Entry into the Port of Miami, Miami Airport, and Miami Beach may carry an additional fee. Please see our full schedule for more accurate pricing specific to your trip: Schedule

Q7: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation online here or call to speak to a representative.

Q8: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: When travelling from our Orlando Terminal payments can be made in cash or with a credit/debit card. When travelling from any other location only cash is accepted.

Q9: Do I need to print my confirmation email and bring it with me?
A: We do not require passengers to bring their confirmation email but we do suggest it as it makes the check-in process easier and faster.

Q10: Do I need to purchase a seat for an infant?
A: Yes, a seat must be purchased for each infant and each child.

Q11: How many pieces of luggage am I allowed to bring?
A: We allow two checked bags, no more than 45 pounds and 62 linear each, and one personal bag per person. A personal bag is considered a regular size purse or backpack. If you would like to check additional items a fee of $10 minimum per item will be assessed*. (*upon availability)

Q12: Do you offer services to different Ports to take cruise ships?
A: Yes, we offer services to the Port of Miami both dropping off and picking up. For more information regarding our Port of Miami services please email us at tours@jetsetusa.com or call 407-649-4994.

Q13: What kind of bus will I be travelling on?
A: Our primary motorcoaches are 45 foot 2014 Vanhools. These are our most frequently used motorcoaches but we do reserve the right to substitute the vehicle at any time.

Q14: Do you offer package shipping services?
A: No, we do not offer any shipping services. Any checked items must be accompanied by a travelling passenger.

Q15: Do you allow pets?
A: No, pets are not permitted onboard the bus.

Q16: Is there a restroom on the bus?
A: Yes, all of our motorcoaches are equipped with onboard restrooms.
